This allows us to offer faster, more reliable shipping and returns service within each region.
Returns
We offer a 60-day return period from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kastross.com. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and address based on your region. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@kastross.com. We will promptly assess the situation and arrange a suitable solution.
Defective or Faulty Items After Use
If a product is defective or malfunctions within 14 days of delivery, you may return it at your expense. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase amount, allowing you to reorder.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have 14 days from delivery to return the item. It must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping for exchanges is at your expense. The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original and place a new order after the return is approved.
Incorrect Product Received
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Return the item at your own expense, and upon receipt, we will issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Refunds
